The Channels section is responsible for managing all communication channels available in your workspace. From this area, you can view existing channels, search for specific channels, create new ones, and access configuration options for each channel. This screen functions as the control center for all input and output communication methods connected to Evo CRM.

Accessing the Channels Section

To access the Channels area, use the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Accessing the Channels section Click Channels to open the channel management screen. Once selected, the system will load all channels configured in the current workspace.

Searching Channels

At the top of the Channels screen, there is a search field that helps you quickly find a specific channel. Using the search field This search field allows:
  • Searching channels by display name
  • Quickly locating a channel when many channels are configured
  • Reducing the visible list in real-time as you type
This is useful for environments with multiple configured communication channels.

Creating a New Channel

To add a new communication channel, use the New Channel button located in the upper right corner of the screen. Creating a new channel Clicking New Channel starts the channel creation flow and redirects you to the channel type selection screen.

Selecting a Channel Type

After clicking New Channel, the system displays a screen where you can choose the type of channel you want to create. Channel type selection screen On this screen, each card represents a supported communication channel:
  • Web Widget: Chat widget embedded on your website
  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp channel for customer communication
  • Instagram: Instagram direct messages
  • Facebook Messenger: Facebook Messenger conversations
  • Telegram: Telegram bot for automated or human support
  • SMS: SMS text message communication
  • Email: Email-based support channel
  • API: Custom API integration for external systems
Selecting one of these options starts the configuration process for the chosen channel type.

Channel List and Details

When channels are already configured, they are displayed as cards on the main Channels screen. Channel list and details Each channel card displays important information:
  • Channel icon: Indicates the channel type (Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Channel name: The internal name used to identify the channel
  • Display name: The name visible to users or customers
  • Channel ID: Unique identifier used internally by the system
  • Type: The channel category (Email – Gmail, Telegram, etc.)

Available actions on each channel:

  • Configure: Opens channel settings and configuration options
  • Delete icon: Removes the channel from the workspace
These cards provide a quick overview of all active communication channels and allow quick access to management actions.

The Channels Overview screen is the starting point for managing all communication methods in Evo CRM. From this section, you can create new channels, search existing channels, review their status and details, and access individual settings for each channel before proceeding to more specific configuration guides for each channel type.
